RATCH-Lao Services Company Limited (“RL”) founded on 8th May 2009, and incorporated in Lao People’s Democratic Republic having its registered office at No. 187, Unit 12, Avenue Kaysone Phomvihane, Phonsaarth Village, Xaysettha District, Vientiane Capital
RL is an active and wholly owned subsidiary of RATCH Group PCL. With 184 employees, RL operating as investment arm of RATCH Group and provide O&M services for power plants.

O&M Hongsa Power

RATCH-Lao Services Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of RATCH Group , currently serves Laotian operation and maintenance workforce for Hongsa Power, located in Xayaburi Province, Lao PDR, has been owned 40% equity by RATCH. It schedules commercial operation in 2015 and electricity will be distributed to EGAT according to the 25-year Power Purchase Agreement.

O&M Nam Ngiep 1

RATCH–Lao Services 0Company Limited has entered into the Personnel Providing Services for Laotian operation and maintenance workforce for Nam Ngiep 1 Hydropower, Lao PDR with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). The 36.67-million baht agreement will be effective for 58 months, starting from May 2020 to February 2025.

Sandin Water Plant

RATCH–Lao Services Company Limited has signed shareholders agreement and, sale and purchase agreement to purchase 40% of the registered capital of Asia Water Sole Co, Ltd. (Sandin Water Supply Project in Lao PDR, its 50-year concession with the total generating capacity of 48,000 cubic meters per day)

Wood Pellets

RATCH-Lao Services Company Limited holds a 25% stake, while Buriram Green Energy Company Limited (BGE) and Siphandone Bolaven Development Company Limited hold 65% and 10% respectively have together established Siphandone Ratch-Lao Company Limited to launch the wood pellet project.

EDL GEN

RATCH-Lao Services Company Limited holds 5.65% and RH International (Singapore) Corporation Pte. Ltd (RHIS) holds 4.46% of EDL GEN, RATCH Group accumulatively holds 123,947,351 EDL-Gen’s shares representing 10.11% of total EDL-Gen’s shares and the subscription value is about THB 2.084 billion in total.

Kasemrad International Hospital Vientiane

RATCH-Lao Services Co., Ltd. (RATCH-Lao), entered into a share purchase agreement with Bangkok Chain International (Lao) Co., Ltd. (BCIL), for subscribing 9.91% of BCIL’s newly issued ordinary shares valued at 190 million baht. Consequently, RATCH has joined in Kasemrad International Hospital located in Vientiane capital, Lao PDR, a private tertiary hospital providing comprehensive medical care with 254-bed capacity. The hospital expected to commence operation in August 19, 2021 with 110-bed capacity for the first phase.

RATCH Group investment in Laos

RATCH Group and RATCH-Lao have the budget support 4 million THB per year for Ministry of Education and Sports to improve schools and provide the education equipment in Laos, etc.

RATCH-Lao has been supporting Lao youth with the government sectors since 2012 to develop a higher level of knowledges and working skills which provides the loan with no interest who is no chance (living countryside) to improve their better living life with the project name is “ກ້າໄມ້ ແຕກໃບ ສົດໄສ ຢືນຕົ້ນ ໃຫຍ່ງາມ”, totally more than 224 million LAK.

RATCH-Lao is still promoting many Lao social activities such as natural calamity (lunch for the district hospitals during Covid 19 disease, donation for against cold weather), renewable energy projects, organic vegetable farming project, etc.

In 2022, RATCH-Lao has donated some money to build the new primary school building with a donation of school equipment, totally 180,000,000 LAK at Phouluang village, Houaphanh province.
